Join Demi’s Animal Rescue at PetWants Denver Southwest for our first ever Stretch Your Paws for A Cause – Strech Class & Adoption Event!

Register for the strech class & enjoy an hour long, beginner stretch while some of our adoptable kitties roam around checking up on your technique! (12PM-1PM)

Cost – $20

Teacher: Alex Bell, Former dancer of the Boulder Ballet Company, Currently teaching at Dance2b Studio & Metropolitan Academy of Dance

Class Info: This is a great, no experience, men & women, all ages and levels class to help stretch every muscle you have. During this class, you will learn how to stretch properly before and after any workout to help prevent injury. This class is great for those looking to improve flexibility, range of motion, or just want that added stretch on a Saturday afternoon! Bring your own mat if you need more cushion on the floor. Dress is comfortable and clothing you are able to move freely in

Registration: You will recieve an invoice after your registration is submitted! Please make sure invoice is paid no later than May 16th to keep your spot in class!

Adoptable dogs: 12pm-3pm

Adoptable cats: 1pm-3pm
